Big job or small Ben does a first class job each time. From a complete fitted bathroom in 2015, gas hob installation in 2022 followed by numerous plumbing jobs, boiler servicing and general advice. My first port of call for anything gas or water related !

BSL Plumbing. I've been using Ben sinse we moved here in 2017, 1st already boiler when no one else would entertain this. Replacement brass taps, Then decided on a new boiler ,which was over 30 years old and needed was replaced by BSL (Ben). Also returns every year to service it. A sink under pipe we could not connect after it disconnected Then replacement radiator s And then finally we decided on a new bathroom.Ben came round to decus what we could do. We decided in a shower only . So the job was big. Removed tiles sink shower bath and floor. Ben also clean and disposes as he goes along, he leaves his area clean and tidy for when he returns the following dayThis plumber can do everything we are loyal in the forest you find a skilled worker and we keep them. After spending thousands of pounds with BSL, the final fixing of leaks in a new bathroom simply wasn't attended to and after several communications and a few months of waiting patiently, we eventually had to give up and get another plumber in to fix the faulty installation

Fantastic job and highly recommended Ben has just completed a complete bathroom make-over which consisted of knocking 2 rooms into one, and replacing my old boiler. The job took a little longer than originally expected but this was because no compromise was made on the detail and standard of finish. Very professional and friendly. Ben recently did a variety of work at my elderly parents house. He was very knowledgeable and solved one problem which we have had looked at numerous times before by other plumbers. Having recently moved house, Ben replaced our old boiler with a new more efficient combi boiler, removed the hot water and cold water tanks, replaced radiators and installed a new one, plus replacing much of the pipework, including updating bits that had been previously installed to make sure they met the regulations. During the time he was here, Ben came upon many problems, all of which he resolved with good humour (and plenty of cuppas). He takes pride in doing things right, paying attention to details, and his work is neat and tidy. We will have no hesitation in asking him to do further work and would definitely recommend him wholeheartedly.
