The people that work here are kind and caring, i was slightly late for my jab and they were understanding and were able to get me in as soon as possible.

Noisy irritating so called music starts the minute the call is through… quicker to travel 20 minutes & queue up and ask a mundane question that call them… is there a vacancy there for a customer service person to answer the phone?

Rude staff who should know better to be speak to customers like dirt theirs no need for it. The two women at the till one with short white hair and the other with a brunette bob are rude majority of the time but the older grey hair man depensing the medicine was bang out of order he was very snotty.

My score is low iv used this chemist alot due to easy access I'm partially disabled and take pain relief.. its now a regular thing that when me or my partner collect my scripts the auburn short hair is rude.. point blank they will serve people behind me before asking if there mates come in then can bump cue iv kept quite and changed go boots chemist. a few (2) are just I can't believe they think there attitude is customer service like really u need a course I think they will talk between themselves whilst your waiting to finish there convo before serving wow avoid I have extreme mental health from trauma and I just will blow one day so distanced for safety I don't wanna sit in Quedgeley it's arrogance looking down nose at u ah she's dressed when I walk in vile sure family's are well proud.chemist are great so are a few that actually speak with a genuinely like for people well done go them 😀

Not certain what's happening at the pharmacy but having to wait over a week for essential medication isn't really on. Used to be very prompt but that's all gone now. Will be switching to another, more reliable, pharmacy when time allows. Not impressed.

With 10% off for us old people and helpful friendly staff this is a good store. A good range of organic food and many specialty items such as Greek Big Bean and stuffed vine leaves. They also have a good section of foods from Field Fare Frozen Foods

It’s still expensive, but the staff are lovely and go out of there way to help you. It does have the monopoly over over shops though. Taking the post office and pharmacy in store. Go here a lot and there is sometimes some great deals on items I bye a lot. It’s good if you live near by and easy to walk to. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Expensive, not well stocked and produce not fresh which doesn't make for a good experience. It seems one of the connecting themes with co op supermarkets are the horrendous prices and the terrible service. This is just one of those examples again and would only go here if I had no other choice.

Prices are not purse friendly and the co-op are not the flavour of the year or past years come to that. I have always found the staff exceptionally helpful and cheerful. They are the foundations of shopping at the co-op

Very helpful and friendly staff but selection is a bit limited. I couldn't find any Smoked Haddock, either frozen or fresh. But the checkout lady was very nice.
