Barney and his boys provided a brilliant service for our large, informal family party in a field to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. The food was all delicious, cooked and served with smiles and cheerfulness. Barney provided lots of ideas at the planning stage - (all tempting!) and was able to accommodate the different dietary requirements of several small children and exacting adults; there were appreciative comments and thanks from all our guests. Setting up and clearing away were quick and efficient - looking forward to the next excuse for a party now!

Barney was absolutely amazing! Not only was the food delicious, nutritious and fresh - he was such a nice guy to have around for our long family weekend and great to work with. Barney is a food theatre, he is centre stage, serving the canapés himself with a word to everyone. And this continued throughout the other courses, he truly brings any special occasion to a feeling of excellence. We have used Barney a couple of times now and will continue to do so in the near future, he's part of our celebrations.

Barney provided the finest Sunday lunch for 22 people complete with stunning canopes, various meats and veg. All were beautifully presented along with a cracking smile and personality. Plus, everything was cleared up afterwards. Would recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Infamous Catering for big group dinner parties. We had an amazing Moroccan feast for a family get together at a holiday house near Monmouth. Barney was so communicative and helpful beforehand, and suggested lots of options and had experience in how to make sure things ran smoothly. He was also really fun on the evening! Everyone really enjoyed the food and had a great time, and overall we were super happy with the experience. Thank you!

Barney catered for our party of 19 people at the River Wye Lodge at a birthday celebration. He and his son were friendly and professional and this made for a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for him with various dietary requirements and the food was locally-sourced when possible, and all delicious, especially the cheesecake! The whole evening ran smoothly and on time. I would definitely use his company again.

Infamous Catering and Barney the chef are absolutely brilliant. They have catered for our parties on numerous occassions and always go down a storm with guests. And also did the food for our wedding, which was utterly gorgeous. I had a vision of what I wanted (a very long rustic Italian meal with multiple courses and buckets of wine!) and Barney planned it with me with such care and attention. On the day the food massively surpassed my expectations. Plus everything Barney does is done with such joy and fun, I couldn't recommend Infamous Catering highly enough.

Barney pulled through with our last minute request for catering a hen do at Monnow Valley Recording Studio - he created a delicious 3 course menu for 18 people and catered for all our dietary requirements ensuring that the menu was tailored to be gluten free, had both meat + veggie options and he also tweaked the menu based on preferences. Everyone loved the food and Barney was really friendly and made the overall evening super easy and fun. I would definitely use Infamous Catering again and highly recommend to anyone!

Barney catered for our family/friends garden party in Blaisdon for a 40th birthday party. The food was absolutely fantastic and Barney was really helpful and accommodating when organising it all. Would highly recommend for any event! Super!
