Having purchased a vehicle from the Cinderford branch a week ago, I’ve been nothing but impressed. Dealing with the Sales Manager Will has been a breeze; a straight shooter that knows his stuff, I felt confident and comfortable that I would get a great service and a fantastic vehicle. A few days on, although I slight hiccup with a car battery needing replacing, the car has been a dream, and I had no issue whatsoever going to Will as I knew he’d be a standup man and get things sorted for me. Suffice to say, when my partner needs a vehicle, we’ll be stopping by here first.

I have bought a car previously from Nick King Xar Sales and had a great experience, so when my so found a car in the Cinderford branch I was already confident of a great service.

I am really pleased with the help and advice I recieved when buying my car and also the after care when a few small issues occured. So far my experience with the people at the cinderford branch has been nothing but conscientious perfection. They have bent over backwards to help with the sale of this vehicle, and I would recommend anybody who is looking for a vehicle. Give them a call. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and above all friendly, very friendly. Ok then hears an update two weeks after buying the car from Nick King Cars it developed a fault witch ment it could not be driven I went back it the showroom and spoke to the staff They bent over backwards to sort the problem the car was collected the next day and went straight into their garage Fault diagnosed replacement part sourced and fitted and within a day and a half we were picking the vehicle back up again no charge. These people absolutely went above and beyond. I would completely recommend the Cinderford branch to anybody who is looking to buy a new car to them secondhand vehicle

NO IDEA HOW THEY MAKE A SALE. My wife and I went to the Cinderford lot yesterday to test drive with the aim to cash buy a Land Rover Evoque, they have two on the lot. We arrived, saw no sign of any sales staff but decided to be patient and looked around the lot. Found the two Evoques and looked around them as best we could without any keys or sales person to assist. After about 20 mins still not sign of any sales staff, so we went inside to the where the office is, there was 3 or 4 staff in there, not a single one popped out to say hi, ask if they could help us etc, we waited around another 5 to 10 mins and then decided to leave. Awful service and we were serious cash buyers.

Sold me a Audi A5 Quattro which turned out not to be a Quattro. Offered me a partial refund of £200 which is a joke. But have since stopped answering my calls. When i did get through to someone i could hear someone in the background telling them to put the phone down. Citizen advice have said I will be entitled to up to a 75% partial refund for being seriously mislead upon buying the car. I'm in process of taking legal action! Avoid at all costs

Third car we purchased here in a year. Great stuff. William the manager really does a great job and gives you lots of choice and great value cars to work with.

Both my husband and I have recently bought cars from Nick King Car Sales, Cinderford branch. The customer service is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. With second hand cars there is always a bit of wear and tear and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting little niggles out. The whole process was smooth and they are all really helpful and genuine. Will has been great especially. Thanks all. Love my new mini too!

Had a very pleasant experience with these guys... Bought the car over the phone from Plymouth, arranged collection the following week, travelling via train 🚂 from Plymouth to Gloucester and being collected at the station by the bosses mum... How assume is that.. Anyway thought I'd post the finish product now I've had the Fiat Qubo vinyl wrapped with my company branding... Looking good Thanks guys...
