Great comms and great service. Advised me when purchasing the upgraded seal head for Rockshox, serviced my Trek Thrushaft promptly and advised out of hours when I was refitting the shock. Can't fault, will definitely use again.

Fox 36's needed new internal repairs as well as service. They serviced and repaired, phoned me Friday afternoon and due to traffic I said I would collect Monday morning, the chap on the phone even offered to open up Saturday morning so I could ride over the weekend! I of course said no. Top class service and turn around. These guys know exactly what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate in going back

Sent fork shock and dropper off to be serviced. Ran into a couple issues regarding the fork which sprung were able to diagnose and fix. Amazing customer service, really helpful and willing to give advice on all things setup. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for suspension servicing

Got a shock service with Sprung recently. Great service, communicated well and a positive experience all round. My shock feels great so can't expect much more! can tell these guys know what they're doing, highly recommended.

My first experience of using Sprung Suspension and the experience was fantastic. Great communication from the team and fast turnaround. I had two shocks and a Fox seat post serviced and was happy with the results. The Fox RP23 was in a very bad way and Dunc did a great job using spare parts to get it working properly again.
