Paul provides an excellent service, he arrived at my house at 8 in the morning and had the boiler fitted and working before midday. While installing the new boiler Paul straightened out the pipework that had originally been put in for the old boiler and whick looked a bit untidy, it all looked a lot neater when he had finished and he made sure that I understood how the boiler thermostat and controls worked before he left. Paul is courteous, friendly and extremely professional, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering having this sort of work done in their home.

We had a leak from somewhere in our bathroom coming down into the kitchen through the light. Paul Williams P&H were really responsive and though they were very busy they slotted us in between visits. James did the work and he was very friendly and talked me through what was leaking and how he was going to fix it. Ancient oil fired WB Boiler packed up unexpectedly and usual engineer not available. Found Paul via Google search & he went out of way to fit me in quickly (next day!) as a new customer and temporarily fixed my old system efficiently & very cheaply. During this part service, it was clear the old boiler was on it's last legs. Long story short - new boiler fitted 2 weeks later which Paul did efficiently, minimum fuss, no mess & very reasonably priced. We contacted Paul Williams after our Worcester Bosch boiler decided to fail over the weekend. Paul answered and was very polite and helpful. He advised us we needed to isolate the cold water and that would stop the leak until he could attend. It indeed did stop the leak to our relief and when Paul got out to us he was just as polite and helpful as when we spoke to him over the phone.
