Didn't get to find out, I was told by citizens advice to give them a try as they're only a few miles away from me and were the only pet food bank they knew of, BUT they wouldn't help me because I'm apparently living in the wrong area, I live in Hartcliffe which is a mere 4 to 5 miles away, ...not exactly over the other side of Britain..!!!
